For ENTITY-branded electricity part\/component : 2 (two) years since the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong><strong>Warranty is valid only for<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p><strong><strong>Warranty is valid only for:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Bike \/ frame that is bought from Polygon authorized dealers\/shops (proven by official invoice\/receipt\/warranty card).<\/li><li>Bike \/ frame that is bought from Polygon authorized online stores&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygonbikes.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.polygonbikes.com<\/a>&nbsp;(proven by official invoice\/receipt\/warranty card).<\/li><li>The original owner and is not transferable.<\/li><li>Registered purchase at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygonbikes.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.polygonbikes.com<\/a>&nbsp;or through Polygon authorized dealers\/shops.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong><strong>Warranty may become void if<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p><strong><strong>Warranty may become void if:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The bike that has been modified either non-technically (i.e. repainted) or technically or both where the modification may impair the original specification and purpose (specification can be seen at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygonbikes.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.polygonbikes.com<\/a>)<\/li><li>For more information, please contact Polygon authorized dealers\/shops or email us at&nbsp;info@polygonbikes.com<\/li><li>The bike has been ridden with abnormal condition, in a competition and\/or commercial activities and\/or other purposes where the original purpose of the bike is not met.<\/li><li>There is a damage due to incompetence of not following owner\u2019s manual.<\/li><li>There is a usage of components that do not met technical and safety standards for bike riding (see usage guidelines for each components).<\/li><li>The damage is caused by accident, force majeur, and natural disaster (i.e. flood, fire, earthquake).<\/li><li>The bike is an ex-prototype or ex-demo bike.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong><strong>Submitting Warranty Claim Guidelines<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p><strong><strong>Submitting Warranty Claim Guidelines:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Contact dealer\/shop where the bike was originally purchased and describe the issue(s).<\/li><li>Bring the bike to the dealer\/shop and present your ID card.<\/li><li>Warranty claims will be forwarded to Polygon Warranty Team with following evidence:<\/li><li>a).&nbsp;Bike frame number.<\/li><li>b).&nbsp;Picture(s) of defective part(s).<\/li><li>c).&nbsp;Picture(s) of the complete bike.<\/li><li>The defective part(s) and bike may need to be sent to Polygon factory when necessary at owner\u2019s cost.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The final decision of every warranty claim is taken under Polygon discretion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__nav-link\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title-wrapper\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__title\"><strong><strong>Warranty for Other Brands<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-tabs__tab-content\">\n<p><strong><strong>Warranty for Other Brands<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Claim for all non-Polygon brand parts, front suspension forks, and rear suspensions will be handled by each brand warranty policies.<\/li><li>This part of the warranty statement covers all genuine parts including linkage frame, but does not cover non-Polygon brand parts, suspension fork, and rear suspension.
